The pitches you ignore are leverage.

Ryvala finds the software you pay for, when each contract renews, and which competitors already pitched you. Then it writes the email that gets you a better price.

5 rivals pitched you, 2 with a price

Every week, vendors email you hoping to win a competitor's contract. At renewal, your current vendor assumes you have no other options. Ryvala puts the two together.

SaaS prices rose 16.4% year on year, a record (Vertice SaaS Inflation Index, June 2026). 79% of IT leaders faced price increases at renewal (Zylo).

How it works

One read-only scan. About a minute.

Want to see it first? Try it on a sample inbox, no sign-in needed.

Ryvala can't send, delete or change anything in your inbox.

01

Connect your inbox

Sign in with Google or Microsoft and allow read-only access. Ryvala reads your receipts and sales emails once. Add your LinkedIn messages too, if that's where vendors find you.

02

See what's renewing

Every tool you pay for, what it costs a year and when it renews. Next to each one are the competitors who already pitched you.

03

Send the email that moves the price

A suggested ask backed by real offers, with drafts to your vendor and to its rivals. You edit them and send them from your own Gmail or Outlook.

Why it works

Evidence beats averages.

Account managers hear "we're looking at alternatives" every day. A dated offer from a named competitor is much harder to wave away.

A price benchmark tells you
"Companies your size pay about 15% less for this tool."

Useful context, and easy for a vendor to argue with.

Ryvala shows you
"PipeRocket offered your 25 seats for $13,500 a year, three weeks ago."

Questions

Fair questions.

Why would I give an app access to my email?

Because the evidence is there and nowhere else. Access is read-only, used for one scan and revoked right after. Ryvala keeps vendor names, amounts and dates, never email bodies.

We already use a price benchmark tool.

Keep it. A benchmark tells you the average. Ryvala shows you the actual offers rivals sent you. The two work well together in a negotiation.

Most pitches don't include a price.

A pitch still proves you have alternatives, and that alone moves account managers. Ryvala also drafts a short quote request to each rival, so one reply gets you the number.

What if my vendor won't move?

Then you've spent two minutes, and you have real quotes in hand if you decide to switch.

Does it work with Outlook and LinkedIn?

Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook, including Microsoft 365. Some Microsoft 365 organizations need an admin to approve Ryvala first, and Ryvala gives you the link to send them. LinkedIn doesn't let apps read messages, so you upload LinkedIn's own export of your messages instead. It takes about two minutes.

Can I stop pitches landing in my DMs?

Every Ryvala account comes with an offers page. Reply to a pitch with its link: people get a short form, and AI sales agents get an endpoint made for them. Each offer arrives next to the renewal it competes with, price included.

Our receipts go to finance@, not to me.

Scan both inboxes on the Team plan, or upload a spend CSV. The pitches usually land with you anyway.

Private beta

Make your vendors compete.
